# Birthday Massage Special

Ten percent off any single session during your birthday month, at the studio or in home.

## How it works
1. Pick your session: any single session on the menu, from a 30 minute targeted treatment to a 90 minute session
2. Mention your birthday when you book: in the booking notes online, or when you call or text +1-475-471-1523
3. The 10% comes off the session price, applied at booking, so the final amount is visible before the deposit

There is no code, no coupon and no form.

## The rules
- One session per birthday
- Valid during your birthday month
- Mention it when you book, not after the session
- Not combined with program pricing or other offers
- No proof of birthday is requested

## Sessions clients choose for a birthday
- The Root Cause Session, $225: full assessment and a complete treatment in one visit
- Swedish Massage, from $225: long flowing strokes, a full reset for the nervous system
- Deep Tissue Massage, from $225: slow sustained pressure for chronic tension and recurring knots
- Targeted Massage, $200: thirty focused minutes on one area
- Manual Lymphatic Drainage, $235: light rhythmic work for swelling, heaviness and recovery
- Integrative Massage, from $225: therapeutic and relaxation techniques combined in real time

## In-home
- The special applies to in-home sessions too, any single session, in the studio or in your home, subject to availability
- In-home sessions are $400 for 90 minutes and are booked directly with the studio

## If the birthday is someone else's
- A gift card lets the person choose their own session and date: delivered by email, bookable whenever they are ready, valid for any service on the menu including the programs, redeemable at 420 Post Road West, Suite 201A
- To reach them on the actual date, buy the gift card and tell them the date, the studio will help them find a slot
